Event Schedule for Vistar South Buying Show

All Attendees Registration 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Please register at Registration/Information Desk Front Lobby area next to FedEX Business Center

Please register at Registration/Information Desk Front Lobby area next to FedEX Business Center - Open meeting rooms for organized groups (Crystall Ballroom and select rooms on 2nd Floor level)
Suppliers Only | 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Trade Show Set up will be in the Oceans Ballroom, open to all Exhibitors.
All Arrival’s complete, SeaWorld Event | 4:00p.m.
All Attendees can enter through the Sea Harbor Gate. The shuttles will run 3:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m and will only go between the Renaissance Hotel and SeaWorld. There will be 2 54-passenger Motorcoaches provided for guests not comfortable with walking.
The Renaissance is located directly across the SeaWorld parking lot when exiting the main gate. Shuttles will have to exit parking lot with other vehicle traffic and access main roadways. There will be about a 15-minute wait time for shuttles to return. All Attendees must have a pink wrist band to enter SeaWorld.
Important Note: For anyone wanting to Uber or Lyft to SeaWorld, please be aware there is a 10-minute walking distance between drop off and the Sea Harbor Gate Private Group Entrance.
Reception | 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sea Harbor Pavilions - Located inside of SeaWorld through Sea Harbor Gate Entrance
Free Time in the Park | 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
All attendees will be allowed to access the park directly from reception area.
Exit | 9:00 p.m.
Please exit out through the main Front Gate of the park. Guests will not be able to access the Reception area after 6:00 p.m.
Guests are able to walk through the SeaWorld parking lot. A Shuttle will be provided for anyone who may need assistance.

Show will be located in the Oceans Ballroom and is open to all Attendees
To allow attendees to fully experience the product offerings on the show floor, Vistar will not be hosting a formal lunch during the buying show. Many of our supplier partners will be featuring food samples and menu ideas throughout the event, giving you the opportunity to explore a wide variety of items during the show hours.
Accelerate to Elevate Closing Event | 6:00 p.m
All Attendees Event Tuesday night on hotel property.
Event will be located outside throughout the Pool Terrace, Lawn and the R-Lawn Areas. Dinner, Drinks and Live Entertainment provided for All Attendees!
