Event Schedule for Vistar South Buying Show

Exhibitor Information

  • Monday March 30th, Exhibitors will be able to set up your booth prior to the event, Exhibitors can access booths between 10 am and 3 pm. Please note if you have any frozen or refrigerated product, you will need arrive early Tuesday morning before show opens to make sure it’s in the booth timely.
  • Exhibitors book their own hotel reservation. You have the option to book at a property of your choice.
  • For booth set up, Alliance is managing the booth set up and created an online portal for booth build details.
  • There is a FedEX center on site at the Renaissance Hotel.
  • Encore will be onsite forelectricity/audio/video/wifi needs. Attached is the Exhibitor form for Encore. This is needed to request power, wifi and any other A/V needs. If you requested power in your booth, Vistar will provide only up to 5 amps. If you need more, please see attached Encore ordering details.
  • We are encouraging Exhibitors and Brokers to bring their own company logo name badge. We will have the ability to print paper, stick on name tags for everyone but if you have a name tag you prefer, please bring it with you. Customer name tags will be pre-printed and distributed.
  • All Exhibitor Attendees, at arrival, please visit the Vistar Registration booth to check in. Wristbands and event announcements will be distributed to all Attendees. Wristbands will be organized by Exhibitor, please make sure to communicate final headcount by booth to Bethany prior to the show to ensure your teams will have access to events. Any Exhibitor bringing guests or headcount not recorded prior may be subject to a $750 fee per guest.
