Please register at Registration/Information Desk Front Lobby area next to FedEX Business Center - Open meeting rooms for organized groups (Crystall Ballroom and select rooms on 2nd Floor level)
Suppliers Only | Set Up time TBD
Trade Show Set up will be in the Oceans Ballroom
All Arrival’s complete, SeaWorld Event | 4:00p.m.
All Attendees can enter through the Sea Harbor Gate, which is located at the “Port of Call Private Group Events Area”.
Reception | 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sea Harbor Pavilions - Located inside of SeaWorld through “Port of Call Private Group Events Area” Entrance
Free Time in the Park | 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
All attendees will be allowed to access the park directly from reception area.
Exit | 9:00 p.m.
Front Gate
Note: Guests are able to walk through SeaWorld parking lot. A Shuttle will be provided for anyone who may need assistance. Shuttle details and schedule to be provided.

All Attendees Event Tuesday night on hotel property.
Event will be located outside throughout the Pool Terrace, Lawn and the R-Lawn Areas
